On 12 January 2021 the first flight to Volgograd has been performed from Strigino international airport (managed by Airports of Regions MC). Azimuth Airlines will fly to this destination twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, and starting on 21 January 2021 – every Thursday and Sunday.
The carrier will operate these flights by Sukhoi Superjet 100 planes seating up to 100 passengers. The time en-route is 1h40min. Tickets are already on sale. See a detailed timetable on the websites of the airport and airline.
With this new destination added, the number of regional routes operated by Azimuth Airlines from Strigino will increase to five. At present this carrier flies from Nizhny Novgorod to Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Perm, and Saratov.
